You can request that the cleaners call or text once they are on their way, to get a better understanding of what time throughout the 2 hour window they will be there. How far out would you like to request a call or text? I can put this in the notes on your booking for the cleaners to see (e.g. Please call or text 15 minutes before you arrive).
