Q. Are my Gift Certificates are non-refundable, or transferable? Due to the nature of gift certificates we are unable to refund any gift certificates that have been purchased more than 30 days prior to the purchase date, and can only be redeemed by the purchaser or the individual the gift was intended for.
Q. Do gift certificates have an expiration date? Yes, your gift certificates are good for up to 5 years from the date of purchase, if they are not used within those 5 years you will not be able to schedule your cleaning utilizing the gift code provided.
