Yes, you can. To cancel or postpone your home cleaning appointment, you should log in to your account or contact us via email, phone, or online chat, and we’ll gladly assist you. In case you make a change or cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, there is a $70 cancellation fee.
They can log into their account to make changes but if they need help then we can send a message to our colleague.
